I’m trying to scan my receipt and it won’t work. Why is this happening?
Are you within three days of your visit? Points for purchase can only be redeemed within that three-day window. Also, receipts from third-party services like DoorDash aren’t eligible to receive points, so they won’t register when you try to scan them in the app. When you order online, points automatically apply to your account—so if you’re trying to scan your receipt from the bag, fear not! You already got ‘em!
My DoorDash/Uber Eats order was late or never arrived. How do I get help?
We’d love to help with this one, but if you placed your order through a third-party service, you need to contact its support team for help with a missing or late delivery.
What about missing items from my DoorDash/Uber Eats order?
If you placed your order through a third-party service and your order was missing an item, hit us up here through our contact form and we’ll do our best to get that fixed right away!
I just ordered Pancheros on the app/scanned my phone in the store but my points aren’t showing up. Where are they?
Points can take a few minutes to show up on your app. If your points don’t appear after a couple hours, send us a message with proof of purchase or receipt/order details through our contact form and we’ll get that resolved.
Does Pancheros give out birthday rewards?
Gifts on your birthday are so last year. You know what’s even better? Half-birthday gifts. We’ll send you a half-off any entree reward on your half-birthday for a fun surprise. And you thought we forgot?
