All ingredients are sold separately. Recipes are made utilizing ingredients available at your local Pancheros combined with outside ingredients and can be made at home at your own convenience. Assembled appetizers are not available at Pancheros. Pancheros ingredients available while supplies last at participating locations only.

Elote Dip

ELOTE DIP RECIPE
A Mexican classic that is equal parts creamy + zesty!

WHAT TO ORDER

  • 1 32oz container roasted corn salsa
  • 1 5.5 oz container queso
  • Purchase elsewhere: cilantro, lime juice, mayonnaise, sour cream, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 onion

RECIPE AND DIRECTIONS

Sour cream – 1 cup
Roasted corn salsa – 32oz
Sautéed diced veggies (green pepper, red pepper, onion) – 1 cup
Queso – 1 5.5 oz
Cilantro, chopped – 1/2 cup
Lime juice – 2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise – 1/2 cup

First, dice veggies and sautée. Then, add all ingredients to a bowl and mix with a spoon until creamy!

Kickin’ Nachos with Spicy Queso & Carnitas

SPICY QUESO & CARNITAS RECIPE
Kicking up our queso a notch-o for a nacho dish you can’t pass up.

WHAT TO ORDER

  • 1 32oz container queso
  • 2 5.5oz containers of hot tomatillo salsa
  • 2 5.5oz containers of pico de gallo
  • 2 5.5 oz containers of jalapeños
  • 16 scoops of carnitas
  • 1 large bag of blue corn tortilla chips
  • Purchase elsewhere – sour cream

RECIPE & DIRECTIONS

Queso – 32oz
Hot tomatillo salsa – 2 5.5 oz of hot tomatillo salsa
Pico de Gallo – 2 5.5 oz of pico de gallo
Jalapenos, chopped – 2 5.5 oz of jalapeños
Carnitas – 16 scoops of carnitas
Sour cream – for topping

Combine hot salsa and queso to make the spicy queso. Then, to assemble nachos, drizzle queso over top of chips. Then, layer on carnitas, pico, jalapeno, and top with a dollop of sour cream.

Flavolcano Chicken Dip

FLAVOLCANO CHICKEN DIP RECIPE
A spin on the classic buffalo version, but with a kick.

WHAT TO ORDER

  • 1 bottle Flavolcano
  • 1 bag of blue corn tortilla chips
  • Purchase elsewhere: cream cheese, ranch, sour cream, shredded chicken, jalapeño

RECIPE & DIRECTIONS

Chicken (shredded) – 3 cups
Sour cream – ½ cup
Cream cheese – 8 oz ( or one package)
Flavocano – 5 tablespoons
Ranch – ½ cup
Jalapeno – 1, chopped

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and turn to medium speed to combine. Serve with chips and enjoy!
