Mixed Messages

You heard correct, Bloomington, MN is hosting it's very own $1 burrito night! Head to the store on Tuesday the 12th and from 4-6pm you can snag a fully loaded burrito for only one dollar! The line may get long, but we always have prizes, giveaways and Panchero's trivia to help the time fly by. Plus, once you get that delicious burrito in your hands for only $1 you know it was alllll worth it. See ya in Bloomington on Tuesday!

Color your burritos! You can't say Panchero's doesn't have spirit! UNI has overcome some serious odds in the NCAA tournament this year and the local Panchero's in Cedar Falls is showing their spirit by serving PURPLE burritos!

But...that's not all. For St. Patties day last week some of our locations rocked the GREEN burritos. Here is a photo pulled from Twitter.

Okay, here is a late entry. Our operations guy in the office is a HUGE LSU fan, he twisted my arm til I did this. (excuse the poor photoshop it was done with one arm...)

There is a new protein hitting a Panchero's near you and it's name is barbacoa! Starting today, participating stores will begin to see barbacoa added to their menu over the next few weeks. Change up your usual order by adding this slow-cooked, shredded beef option to your burrito. Barbacoa is available for a limited time only though, so get into a Panchero's near you and give it a try before it's gone!

It's time for another contest. Same deal as last week: you get 140 characters or less to answer the question "why do you like your tortillas fresh-pressed?" You can answer with a comment on this post or you can send it to @pancheros as a tweet on Twitter.  The contest runs from NOW until 5 pm CST this Friday, January 30. I will draw one name to win a "Bob My Burrito" t-shirt and then we will choose the best of the best quotes to appear on our in-store bookmarks. Find your words immortalized in bookmark form!

Here's a chance to get some free Panchero's stuff: We want to know why you like getting your burrito "bobbed" with Bob the tool (he's that little red plastic dude that mixes everything in your burrito unless you tell him "no thanks").
